Do you mentor?

Do you mentor?

In my early career, I had some amazing mentors. They believed in my skills and thought I had “what it took” to be successful in business. I am so grateful to them! And to be honest, I will still take a mentor today even though I am well advanced in my career.

When the opportunity came along to mentor a student through my alma mater,  I was eager to step up.

If you’ve had a measure of success in your industry, I highly encourage you to seek a mentorship role with someone less experienced, you never know what you might learn from them that will keep your career fresh.
